As a growing LTL / TL trucking company we are hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative / Junior Dispatcher. This is a full time position based out of our Calgary, AB terminal.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Data entry of load information into the Fleet Management System
- Take incoming calls from customers and respond to tracing emails
- Verify and update all load information to ensure all necessary information is correct, such as Customer contact details, rates, weight, times and location
- Assist in problem-solving and conflict resolution with customers as problems arise
- Monitor load board to ensure accurate tracking of loads
- Communicate and update customer with load information
- Provide administrative support to Dispatch team as required
The ideal candidate will have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent 1 to 2 years in a similar role
- Sense of urgency with a strong customer focus
- Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
- Excellent computer keyboarding skills
- Proficient with various computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the Transportation Industry an asset
